The expected admission fee for Kwara State University (KWASU) for the 2025–2025 academic year is between N30,000 and N50,000. This cost is required of all newly admitted 100L students and is not refundable.

Indigenous and Non-Indigenous KWASU School Fees for 2025–2025

Departmental and Other Fees

• Online payments are required for all departmental and other fees.

• Tuition and expenses for entrepreneurship are included in all fees for years 2-4.

• N2,500 in total for each student’s handbook

• Total of N5,000 for biochemistry students in levels 100 through 300

• All Tourism, Merchandising, and Hospitality Management students will receive a sum of N5,000.

• N20,000 in total for 400 level education students (practice teaching)

• For 300 Level Education students, the total amount is N18,000 (Teaching Practice Exercise).

• Every geology student needs to bring an extra N25,000 for fieldwork.

• College of Agriculture: N9,000 for the excursion; N1,000 for college professional registration; N40,000 for farming practice training

• Teaching Practice N12,000 at the College of Education

• Association fees: N5,000; departmental level N2,500; excursion N1,500; early childhood

• Undergraduate N10,000 and graduate N20,000 are the fees for business education.

• E-learning Enhancement Fee, commencing with the 2014/2015 Session at N5,000

• N5,000 for Freshers (100 Level) in ENACTUS Entrepreneurship Awareness Creation Fees
