YABATECH admission list has been successfully uploaded online.
IMPORTANT! Please be guided that as at the time this page was updated, Yaba College of Technology admission list for the 2025/2025 session was not yet released. Kindly bookmark this PAGE, so that you might not miss out on our frequent update.
How to Check YABATECH Admission List.
- Go to the YABATECH admission status checking portal at http://portal.yabatech.edu.ng/appresults/admissionchecker.
- Enter your JAMB registration number in the required column.
- Finally, click on Submit button to access your YABATECH admission status.
Successfully admitted candidates should log in to the JAMB website to either accept or reject the offer — How to Reject/Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS.
Proceed to payment of acceptance fee payment, Finger Print capture & Document Upload for e-Screening after accepting your admission on JAMB CAPS.

You can also access your admission status via JAMB Admission Status Checking portal. Follow the procedure outlined below:
- Go jamb.org.ng/efacility.
- Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
- Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
- Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.
- Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your YABATECH admission status.
How to Check Yabatech Post UTME Result
- Go to the YABATECH result checking portal at http://www.yabatech.edu.ng/postutmeresults.php.
- Enter your JAMB registration number in the required column.
- Finally, click the ‘Check Now’ button to access your YABATECH post UTME score.
How to Check Yabatech Aggregate Score
- Go to http://erp.yabatech.edu.ng/application/admissions/result_checking_default_page.
- Supply your JAMB registration number and Mobile number in the required columns.
- Finally, click on Submit to access your YABATECH post-UTME aggregate score.

Check Yabatech Admission Status
Follow the steps below to check their admission status.
- Go to the YABATECH admission checking portal at http://www.yabatech.edu.ng
- When the page loads up, enter your JAMB Registration Number in the space provided.
- Click on the “Check Admission Status” icon and your admission status will be displayed on your computer screen.
NB: Candidates whose names appeared on the list are advised to pay the stipulated fee within the stipulated period.
Yabatech School Tuition Fees
Yabatech school fee is paid online. The online payment is handled by Remita. This is in line with the federal government’s single account policy. Note that all Federal schools in Nigeria use Remita to pay school fees while state and private universities can use any payment platform they desire.
Yabatech offers 32 courses in OND Full-time and offers 30 in HND Full-time. The price of the school fee depends on the course you are applying for. In some departments, the school fee price is uniform with all the courses in that department.
After you have completed the registration, you have to keep yourself updated with the latest news concerning your admission so that you do not miss out.
The YABATECH Part-time program is designed for, but not limited to students who want to work and study at the same time. Below are some of the advantages of the YABATECH part-time program;
- After completing the program, candidates can do a direct entry to any University in Nigeria for a BSC program.
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) part-time graduates can switch to full-time HND in YABATECH or any other Polytechnic in Nigeria.
- Students are allowed to work and learn at the same time. It is against the schools’ rules and regulations for full-time students to work while schooling.
- The lecture periods are convenient.
- YABATECH Part-time school fees can be paid in two installments.
Yabatech Part-time Requirements for OND
To be considered for admission, candidates must have a senior secondary school certificate (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB) with at least five credits obtained at not more than two sittings.
The subjects in the O’level must include Mathematics, English Language, and any other three subjects. You can check the subject combination for each course here (OND only).
Candidates applying with NABTEB results are not allowed to combine with WAEC or NECO. Although, you can combine two NABTEB results but not NABTEB and WAEC or NABTEB and NECO.

Yabatech Part-time HND Admission Requirements
To be considered admission into the part-time or full-time program for HND, candidates must possess an S.S.C.E result that matches with the course the individual wants to apply for.
You can check the HND courses in Yabatech and their O’level requirements here. A relevant National diploma certificate with at least a pass grade is also compulsory.
A one-year post-national diploma in industrial experience (Industrial Training). However, Candidates with a pass in national diploma must complete a 2 years industrial training.

- Certificate programs (1 year)
- Advance certificate program (1 year)
- Technical certificate
- Postgraduate Diploma
Under the certificate program, there are courses such as;
- Ceramics
- Dress Making
- Paints and coating
- Photography
- Printing Technology
- Visual art
For the Advanced certificate, there is only Printing technology. The technical certificate also has only “Paints and coating technology” while the Postgraduate diploma has only Urban and Regional planning available. All the forms cost the same price.

How to Purchase Yabatech Admission Form Online
- Visit the school website at yabatech.edu.ng.
- On the homepage, click on admissions
- Click on “Apply to YABATECH” to access the Post-UTME application page.
- Once you are on the application portal, click on the start application.
- Click on “Step 1 to generate payment invoice”
- Select the programme type you want to apply for.
- Enter your details.
- Generate an RRR number and proceed to the bank to pay or pay online with your card.
- After payment, go here to login.
- Complete the registration.
- Print the application slip.
- Pay for Olevel verification.
