The Oyo State Technical University (TECH-U) Cut Off Mark is the minimum JAMB Score point required for students applying for admission at Oyo State Technical University.

All applicants must attain in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME or JAMB Cut off marks) and or Post-Utme/Screening Exercise in order to be considered for admission into a particular school.

• Direct Entry: Candidates that possess a minimum of Lower Credit in National Diploma (ND), Tech-U Diploma, Merit in Nigeria Certificate of Education (NCE), eight (8) points in Interim Joint Matriculation Board Examination (IJMBE).
• Candidates must have chosen TECH-U as their first choice. However, candidates who didn’t choose TECH-U as the first choice of institution are required to change to the first choice on jamb portal to qualify for the screening.
