CIRCULAR TO ALL STAFF AND STUDENTS
*MATRICULATION CEREMONY FOR 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION*
This is to inform all staff and students of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, that Matriculation ceremony for Fresh students for the 2024/2025 academic session has been scheduled to hold as follows:
Date: Thursday, 14th April, 2024
Time: 11:00a.m
Venue: University Multipurpose Hall, AAUA
All Fresh students are advised to pay the prescribed school fees and complete their registration before 14th April, 2024.
They are also expected to complete all other necessary documentation, including Health Centre registration, and submit all files to the designated Departments/Units in the University.
All matriculating students in academic robes and led by their respective Faculty Officers MUST be seated by 10:30a.m prompt.
Please note that the Vice Chancellor’s procession would take off by 10:45a.m prompt.
The purpose of this Circular is to bring the above information to the attention of all Fresh students and officiating staff members for their information and strict compliance, please.
